QUEST (Quality Early Education through Salaries and Training) is a comprehensive initiative to improve outcomes for children in Pennsylvania through recruitment and retention of qualified early educators. The goal is a fully-funded, well-financed system of Early Education and Care in the state that is accessible to all children who need it, offers quality programs and has well qualified and adequately compensated staff.

On June 16, 2009, help us flood the district offices of your House and Senate members with calls, letters, and e-mails
in support of programs that work and support Pennsylvania’s kids and families:

We need you to help us reach out to families, staff, and friends. Download a MSWORD or PDF file to find:
- A suggested schedule of activities to promote June 16th, Yes We Can Day with outreach to policymakers.
- A flyer announcing
Yes We Can Day that can be copied, posted, and distributed.
- A sample letter that you can use to gather signatures from individuals – families, staff, and friends in support of early childhood investments.
- Cut-apart mini flyers that you can copy on brightly colored paper and give to families with contact information for House and Senate members that serve your community.
- Insert contact information for House and Senate members who represent your area. Visit QUEST’s legislative center to find your legislators’ names
